Appeals
An appeal may follow a trial on the merits, or a judgment entered by a trial court. If you already won your case, you want to maintain that win. If you lost, there may have been error either before or during the trial. An appeal is an opportunity to explain to a higher court how and why errors occurred. Lisa Parlagreco works with clients in civil and criminal appeals, and she also works with law firms who wish to provide appellate services to their clients.
